Price for symmetric broadband reduced by BT Wholesale

Network services and solutions provider BT Wholesale has revealed that it is to offer its users a price reduction of 30% for its symmetrical digital subscriber line (SDSL) products, in an effort by the company to stimulate the market for symmetric broadband services. The revised pricing is effective from 1 November 2005.

The new price reduction is to apply to both connection and rental charges for BT Datastream Symmetric and BT IPstream Symmetric products and will see the standard connection charge for BT IPstream and Datastream Symmetric fall from GBP450 to GBP315.
